Ms. Chiang has over 19 years of experience in clinical research and public health and currently serving as a Senior Director for Decentralized (Virtual and Hybrid) Clinical Trials working to bring trials to patients, reducing the patient and investigator burden, and reducing overall clinical trial timelines. Before joining Covance, Ms. Chiang held different Strategic and Project Management roles at a top CRO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Chiang has received an MPH in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University before obtaining her MBA in the Life Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.
