Ruslan Horblyuk started his career in international health policy consulting over 20 years ago working in the countries of former Soviet Union as part of the US Agency for International Development funded Health Policy Reform Initiative. He transferred to the industry in 2003 and prior to joining AESARA held roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Pricing at GlaxoSmithKline, General Electric Healthcare and Pfizer. During his tenure in the industry, Ruslan developed and executed HEOR and Market Access strategies for pipeline, launch and marketed products across multiple therapy areas both globally and in the US.
